By accessing and using EventFos ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Event Creation and Ticketing

Organizers are responsible for:

• Ensuring event details are accurate.
• Delivering the event as described.
• Handling refunds in accordance with their specified policy.

EventFos collects a platform fee per ticket sold, which is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Illegal activities or promoting illegal acts.
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others.

5. Limitation of Liability

EventFos is a venue for organizers and attendees to connect. We are not responsible for the actual organization or quality of events. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
