Configuring Ticket Tiers, Pricing & Capacity

1. Creating Multiple Ticket Tiers

EventFos gives you the flexibility to configure multiple ticket levels for a single event:

• Free / RSVP: Standard registration without payment gateway checkout.
• General Admission (Paid): Regular ticket entry.
• VIP / Backstage Pass: Premium pricing with perks like reserved seating or merchandise.
• Early Bird Discounts: Set lower pricing with a strict sales cut-off date.

2. Managing Inventory & Capacity

Every ticket tier has an independent capacity limit. Once the allocated tickets are sold out, EventFos automatically marks the tier as "Sold Out" to prevent overbooking.

3. Absorption of Processing Fees

In your ticket settings, you can choose whether the customer pays the small payment gateway transaction fee or if you absorb it from your ticket revenue.
