EventFos includes a built-in QR Code scanner that runs directly in any mobile browser on iOS and Android—no app installation required.

2. Step-by-Step Gate Verification Flow

1. Log in to your Organizer Dashboard and open the event's Check-in Scanner page.
2. Allow camera access when prompted by your browser.
3. Point your mobile camera at the attendee's digital or printed QR ticket.
4. The system will display an instant Green Confirmation badge with the attendee name and ticket tier.

3. Anti-Fraud & Duplicate Prevention

If an attendee attempts to reuse a ticket that has already checked in, the scanner will alert gate staff with a Red Warning: Already Scanned along with the exact previous check-in timestamp.
